The Truth About Guilty Pleasures & Chocolate Avocado Pudding

🥑Ingredients
3 small ripe avocados (flesh only)
1/2 Cup cacao or cocoa
1/2 Cup Maple syrup
1 Cup Coconut milk
1/4 cup soaked pistachios (15min in hot water or overnight in cold)
3 TBS Rose Water

1. Blend avocados, maple syrup, and 3/4 of coconut milk till smooth
2. Pour half of the pudding into a small bowl and add cacao/coco to it
3. Blend the remaining pudding with the rosewater, pistachios, and 1/4 leftover coconut milk
4. Add Rose Pistachio layers to glass, then chocolate, then another pistachio
5. Set in fridge for half hour then enjoy
